EPoS Features
- Attractive, brandable touchscreen-compatible ePos screen that is simple to use and quick to learn. It runs in Firefox of Chrome web browsers so is available on multiple platforms.
- You can either capture simple cash sales or more complex sales with customer details.
- Emails and SMS texts can be triggered to customers to advise of order progress
- On screen prompts for the sales staff, to sell extended warranties, addons, attachments and alerts to promotions.
- Gift vouchers can be sold and redeemed, gift receipts printed, credit notes issued and redeemed, multiple payment types used, integrated finance options and integrated chip and pin payments.
- Deliveries and collections can be booked into the delivery manifest system with optional transfers of stock from other locations

- Out of stock items can be placed into a "shopping basket" for later ordering, or delivered direct from supplier
- Order number, telephone number, delivery address, email address, credit lim its, outstanding balances, customer notes etc. are shown on screen for easy reference
- Stock file updates are immediate, either reserving the stock or showing it as fully sold
- Full product description, selling price, available discount prices and commission levels are shown on-screen

| Multi Branch Stock Control and Purchase Order Processing |
Keeping track of the current stock situation essential. That's why our stock control module was developed specifically for controlling high value stock where individual stock items or serial numbers need to be recorded. The system also gives control over sundry stock items, where quantity held is the only required information.

Stock Control Features
- The stock system is multi-location and multi-bin, with all transfers, sales and other transactions updating stock levels immediately
- Stock can be brought onto the system either directly or through the purchase order processing system that links directly to the purchase ledger
- Purchase orders can be created and managed using the Purchase Order Processing module. The order is entered and printed and, when received, the delivery details are entered and the goods added to stock. When the invoice is received it is checked against the order and, if correct, is posted directly to the purchase ledger
- Fast and accurate booking in and stock taking can be achieved with our Portable Data Capture systems
- Comprehensive control of service spares is a major part of the system
- Stock levels can be easily maintained with the optional Shopping List module
- All of the information regarding any chosen product is simple to obtain in as little as 5 keypresses (including searching for the product)
